Heavy white somke comes out of the exhaust when starting the vehilce. what could it be and what can I do to repair the situation. Thank You

White smoke is an indication of coolant being burn in the combustion chamber-could mean blown headgasket/ cracked head or block.

Get block and pressure tested

There are two hoses through where cooalnt run through that are worn down. Is it possible for them to be leaking onto the engine cause the white exhaust smoke.

You can try the two hoses -if it continues once again the way to tell is to get block and pressure tested.
