2004 Nissan Titan V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I wen tto the shop and they told me that the Bank 1 Sensor 2 downstream o2 sensor was out. My question is, how imporntant is this to get fixed? (Check engine light is on)
They want $200+ for this peice and I am not sure when I can get to it.

As far as performance of the vehicle it is a very small repair, the worse symptom will be a slightly less fuel mileage rating. However, if you live in a state that requires you to pass emission tests then this will automatically fail the test until it is fixed.
