2004 Nissan Sunny noises is coming from front

While running the vehicle. Very noise is coming. I checked the under body. The front left side axle bearing side little grease came out. But there is no play. And the tyre also new. So why the sound is coming it is because of the axle or the tyre noise or suspension sound or steering assembly noise which part I should check please help.
