1998 Nissan Sunny White smoke coming out of exhaust

HI
I changed the tapin pan gasket seal today, changed oil and filter as well as air filter.
Goin dwn on the highway about 3 hrs after doin the maintainence, i saw white smoke emitting frm the exhaust..
this only started to happen after i changed the oil and the other stuff. the car was wrking good before the maintainence on the old oil....

If its blue color smoke we can blame the oil but its white coming out could mean coolant is burning in the combustion chamber or gas in the oil-
