1992 Nissan Stanza 4 cyl 210000 miles

my tail light, tag light, and dash light went out, checked the fuse and it was blown. replaced the fuse and when i turn on the lights it blows the fuse. i checked the bulbs and they are good. i have brake lights, and turn signal. what could be causing the fuse to keep blowing?

You have a direct short to ground that involves one this lights.
