1996 Nissan Serena 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual

my starter motor wont even turn. ive already changed it once and the same things happened again.could it be electrical. these problems only started when i changed the live battery terminal

sounds like you may have blown a fuse or in line fuse when you replaced the battery terminal. check fuses , especially fuses to the Ignition / starter systems.
