rear night lights on 1989 sentra

I have a 1989 nissan sentra 2d sdn manual that has the night running lights out although the rear turn signal and break lights are working. I can't seem to find the fuse or a fuse that's blown. Can the wiring be fried and what's the quickest way to repair this issue.
