Loud squeal

My daughter has a 2004 Nissan Sentra with a 4cyl. Engine & 70,000 miles. Whenever she starts the car, a loud squeal can be heard. All the belts are relatively new, so I don't know what it could be.

Does the squeal stop after running the engine for a while. If so then check the pulleys to make sure they are clean and the belt is tightened correctly.
