Have no power

Randomly car dash lights, tail light, AC and wipers stop working. The car start and runs find. I checked all fuses and wiper fuse was blown, I replaced with few new ones and still nothing works. I even check for power in car lighter and do not have.

Welcome to 2CarPros.com! How are you doing? I am suspecting that the BCM is faulty that is why it will not work even with new fuse. The BCM (Body Control Module) is the electronic control unit that monitors and controls all of the systems in the car body. Electric windows, A/C functions, electric mirrors, electric locks, security systems, etc. It communicates with all the other modules via the cars vehicle BUS.
