2007 Nissan Sentra Making noises on my motor

I have a nissan sentra 2007 my check engine light turned on, so i took it to Autozone to they tell me i need to change my spark plugs.. Autozone tells me that they have the spark plugs, so we start taking some parts out of the car but the whole time we had the wrong spark plugs, so we took to much of the stuff out that we didnt put the gasket correcltly so my oil started to drain out, so i took a look at it it had oil all over. anyways we fixed the problem got the correct spark plugs and know it makes this clicking sound i took it to a mechanic he tells me that i need to get LUCAS stablelizer to get the same amount of oil, but it continues to make that noise do you know if there is anything else i need to look?
