2006 Nissan Sentra squeeking/rubbing noise in my wheels/bra

Hello,

For several months now my Sentra has been making a "tsst tsst tsst" noise in the wheels/brakes somewhere...it gets louder when I apply the brakes but it is pretty much always constant when rolling down the road. What could this be?

It probably need new pads and possibly rotors too-get it inspected to identify the problem.
