i hear a squeaking noise when car shifts into gear mainly second

Does it shift hard or easy? do you have to giving it hard throttle for it to make the noise?

yeah kind of as long my foot is on the pedal while it shifts i hear that sound and i wish i knew where it came from but i can't locate where its coming from

Kind of hard if you dont have any idea where we are looking......... Has the drive belt and or tensioner ever been looked at? how about the motor mounts?
