Hi there,
You will have to have all the brakes inspected for pad wear, and any loose or broken components, also have the steering and suspension checked as well, Have this done ASAP as there is no second chance with brake failure.

I agree with MHPAUTOS, is sounds like one of the brake calipers is loose, please raise the car up and use a flashlight to inspect he caliper mounting bolts, here is what I am talking about. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
