2005 Nissan Sentra Engine revving itself

Check engine light came on, the diagnostic reading showed a code for stuck or sticking throttle plate. Cleaned throttle body w/ throttle body cleaner, not engine is idling higher, & once warmed up will rev itself between 1500-2000 rpm. Any ideas?

Check and test the MAF and TPS sensors to include vacuum leaks
