when car 1st driven reverse works fine.after car warms up hesitates going in reverse,after a while it wont shift in reverse at all.

I would be booking your car in for a trans service and a test & report, you need to have a few tests done to determine the cause of this problem and often a test drive is a big help in diagnosing transmission issues.
