The third light in the back window does not work. Fuses appear okay. How do you change the bulb?

It is an LED light emitting diode they don't burn out. Need to check wiring to light and ground circuit.

High mount stop light for this is bulb #921, not LED. It should be similar to 2001. Push on the bottom of the assembly while pushing it up. It snaps out of place, pull it toward you, twist out the bulb and socket replace the bulb, and put it all back how it goes. About a two minute job and no tools needed.
