This happened all of sudden. When I put the fan at speed 1, 2&3, the fan won't start and there's no wind blown out. But when I put it at the high fan (4) position, it works fine. The heater seems to work, since I can feel warm air out of the vents. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Frank

Where can I find the resistor? I've tried the fuse boxes, both in the engine compartment and the passenger compartment, in the hope to find some resistors. But no; none's there. And the fuses for the heater fan and blower are fine.

Rasmataz's diagnosis is dead on. It is the blower resistor and here's a (http://wiki.answers.com/Q/2002_Nissan_Sentra_blower_motor_resistor) detailed guide of how to replace it. I bought one from a Nissan dealer for $27 and it took me about half an hour to replace the resistor.
