2002 Nissan Sentra got a p0430 code

I got a p0430 code and i wanna make sure it is not my cat thats gone wrong. i want to check the o2 sensors but i dont know what the voltage should be while on the car and warmed up. can you help me by telling me how i can test them and what the voltage should be? also what else i can test to make sure its not my cat?

It should be between 0.4 and 0.5 at normal operating temp and running at 2000 RPM's.

Anything below 0.4 is lean and above 0.5 is a rich mixture.
