I am trying to change my brake pads and rotors and I am able to remove my caliper and the brake pads but the two bolts that hold on the the Brake Caliper Mount I am unable to loosen. I was wondering if you had any tips on how I could accomplish this.

Spray the bolts with rust catalyst such as PB Blaster. No WD40 won't do.
