My car started acting sluggishly and eventually started to use gasoline like an alcoholic. I was told it was the ecu unit--so I had it removed and rebuilt--after receiving the rebuilt unit and installing it, the same problem exist. You immediately smell gasoline one it's started and when you remove two of the spark plug wires, it will die out (removing the wires one at a time). Is this a something that can be repaired and approximately when would be the cost and time involved?
