I BELIEVE MY CV JOINTS ARE GOING BAD IN MY CAR. B/C IT IS CLICKING WHEN I TURN. MY QUESTION IS...IS IT OK TO DRIVE THE CAR WITH CV JOINTS BAD?

You can drive it, but not recommended. There will be a point in time where the joints finally give away, and your car will not move at all. Imagine what will happen if you are on the freeway when that happens.
