Hi, The Nissan Sentra that I have has recently began to shake in the front end area and it gets really bad above 45mph. I was told awhile ago that I needed to have the cv joints replaced, which I just had done, and I had hoped that that would solve the problem. It hasn't! I realize that it is difficult for you to diagnose any problem(s) without being able to drive the car, but if you could give me a couple of possibilities that would cause this "shaking" problem, starting with the most serious. You can really feel it in the steering wheel. Thanks for any help you can offer

2 things to check:

1. Check your tie rod ends (inner and outer).
2. Check your tires and wheels. Make sure there's no bulging on the tires, or the wheels out of round.
