1997 Nissan Sentra car is fighting to pick up speed sluggis

Engine Performance problem
1997 Nissan Sentra 4 cyl 117000 miles

i just replaced my left rear wheel bearing and put on two new tires in the rear of the car. Now my car is very slow and fight to get to speed. also the front end shakes and at times there is a quiet whistle noise. Also when i go at slow speeds it feels like im going alot slower then what the speedometer says.
