1996 Nissan Sentra noises in the brake calipers

my brake calipers have rattling sounds when i pass over some rough pavements. i had it checked and what they did is removed one of the caliper bolts, wrapped it in teflon tape, greased it and put it back in. this works, but only for a little while. after a week or so the sound comes back. How do i really fix this?
