1996 Nissan Sentra ignition system

On #2 cylinder I am losing spark out of distributor cap, good spark on other 3 cylinders. Spark comes and goes on #2, I've already changed the cap and rotor - it did not correct problem.
What else could it be?
Any advice would be helpful

Did you replace the wires and plugs? I would do that too.

Yes I changed wires and plugs. Using a spark tester straight from cap I still loosing spark from #2
