1995 Nissan Sentra Washer Fluid Tank Will Not Turn Off

While driving my windshield washer fluid started spraying and continued until empty, yet the motor just continued to run. Then the wipers came on and could not be turned off. Is the problem a relay switch?

Based on the wiring diagram there is no relay. The common thread is the wiper switch.
