I start my car up and it idles rough making a hissing sound and lags when you press gas petal and you rev it up to fast the rpms will drop and the engine will die and i looked in my intake manifold there was carbon build up

Inspect/test/adjust the throttle position sensors closed and wide open throttle voltages-
