1994 Nissan Sentra car will not start

When I try to start the car nothing happens, I have replaced the starter. The battery is new. All you here are the relays picking up.

No crank at all/nothing/nada:

Could be the starter, starter relay, clutch switch/park and neutral switch and ignition switch assuming the battery and connections are good.
