The problem started about a year ago. I noticed the car would not start sometimes. I first thought it was a problem with the switch on the clutch pedal. Then it seemed to be in the ignition switch. I would turn the key all the way to start the car and then turn it back a hair and the car would start. The key switch had been acting funny for a while but I had it figured out. Now the car will not start at all with the key. I have to push start it now. I replaced the starter about 8 months ago. Their is no clicking sound coming from the starter so I do not think it is the starter. Their is a clicking sound and it seems like it is coming from one of the relays next to the fuse panel. I think its either a relay or the key switch. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Could be the clutch interlock relay-try doing below

Hold key to start position -find the black and white wire at the starter solenoid look for power-power there tap the starter if it kicks over-the starter is bad-if no power. Find the clutch interlock switch at the kick panel on the connector you will see a brown and white and a plain black jump this two together and attempt ot start-if it starts the switch is bad. If not find the clutch interlock relay at relay box left front of engine compartment look for power at black and white-no power the igniton switch is faulty-if power is there the relay is bad.
