1993 Nissan Sentra fuse

i recently put new speakers to my 93 nissan sentra and i put black tape but the dashboard fuse (10) keeps burning out .what could be wrong with it ?

You have a short circuit on the 10amp fuse blowing has nothing to do with the speakers wiring
