1993 Nissan Sentra Alternator Wont Charge

Replaced ALternator. Alternator won't charge. When tested, it is charging at about 9V. During testing ar Autozone, also states that a wire is loose but there are not any wires loose.

Check the charge indicator and bulb check relay circuit
