My nissan sentra is getting very bad gas mileage. I asked my mechanic what he thinks the problem would be. He told me his educated guess would be the fuel injectors need to be cleaned. If this is accurate, where would my fuel injectors be located?

When was the last time you gave it a major tune-up?

Most Common Fuel Wasters:

Loose or missing gas caps. 17 percent of U.S. vehicles have a loose or missing gas cap. This allows an estimated 147,000,000 gallons of gas per year to evaporate into thin air.

Underinflated tires

Faulty thermostats

Worn spark plugs

Malfunctioning engine controls

Poor wheel alignment
