my radiator fan does not come on and car over heats

Three things to check.

Check the fan motor. Use jumper wires, feed 12V directly to the motor. If it works, then check the relay. Try swapping it with another similar looking relay. Then check coolant temp sensor (sometimes it is called radiator fan switch).
