1991 Nissan Sentra Found a Puddle underneath the backend of

I have just recently put some fuel injector cleaner into the gas tank and I noticed since that day that there has been a puddle underneath the back end of the car near the drivers side rear wheel. This is a new issue and I have never had this problem before. I dont smell gasoline but I am not 100% sure what the fluid is.

What color is it? What does it smell like? Do you see any fluid dripping from the car (note: can you see wetness on the parts of the car from the so-called fluid)? Check you brake fluid level. Is it low?
