I'VE GOT FUEL TO FUEL PRESSUR REGULATOR.SO I REPLACED IT. BUT I STILL HAVE NO FUIL TO CARBORATOR its not fuel injected,if I add gas to carborator it fires but dies ,not sure of location of float

is this fuel injected? if so you might not have any injector pulse, thats why its not firing the fuel. do you have spark at the spark plugs? get back to me.
