when braking or stopping hard the front tires bounce

If more than the normal wheel hop of the ABS system, have the struts looked at! There is also a tech bulliten about the low tire pressure transmitters having a slow leak, so check tire pressure if you have this sytem! They replace the seals.

If the trouble started after an alignment, it was done wrong. Bulliten states NOT to use the green and red lights on alignment machines! Use specs only.
