2002 Nissan Quest overheating

the temp gauge goes to hot after about 20 minutes then back to normal and back to hot over and over. the heat or air cond. only work when gauge is at normal. installed new t-stat and water pump. what do you suggest?

Cooling fans are they coming on On time? If not check the coolant temperature sensor

Try bleeding the cooling system could be airlock and see what happens
