2009 Nissan Pulsar 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

hi ... i have a nissan auto car and it gives a loud sound and jump when i have to switch the gears .. what must be the problem?

Hi there,

This may be a transmission problem, this will be covered under warranty, take it back to the dealer ASAP.
