2008 Nissan Pathfinder 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Engine is running rough, has 60,000 miles. How do I check for bad sparkplug?

with the plugs in the vehicle you would need a high voltage oscilloscope to check the secondary firing voltages and compare them to spec.

with the plugs out of the vehicle just look at them.
