replacing blower fan motor

I turn on my air conditioner and get nothing, no heat no cold air. I believe I need a new motor blower? What kind or part number do I need to get? Is it easy to change my? Also is Freon pricey to refill for air conditioner?

Have you checked the fuses and relays.

The Blower Motor is located under the passenger dash.
