The water or Mositire gets accumated near the accelator peddle. The Matt gets wet some times.

Does it do it only when it rains or soemtimes even when the air is dry?

Yes I noticed that when it rained and when I did not use the vehicle for couple of days and the weather was very cold.

Taste it, make sure your hands are clean and dip your finger in it and taste it, let me know what it tastes like, just spit it out when your done! This is the way I do it, I see fluid on the ground, cant tell the color I will taste it.
