2001 Nissan Pathfinder V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

Can you shed some light on how to replace the sway bar link? I just can't seem to bust the nut loose to get it off. Not sure if there might be a trick or something. Thanks

penetrating oil, heat. and if possible a impact wrench.
