My Pathfinder has a hard time starting. Not everytime, but close. I also hear a hum from the rear of the vehicle when applying throttle openings from slow to moderate speeds. Suspect to me is fuel pump. If so, about how much can I expect to pay a dealer/shop? Any ideas from your end?

a noisy fuel pum is a sign it is failing!

i would suspect a bad pump also.

the pump will cost about 200-300 dollars and then the service will be near 2-3 hours whatever they charge for that.
