2000 Nissan Pathfinder brake lights

Couldn't get car out of drive. Someone looked for me and they were not working. It was a fuse burned out and it was replaced, but the car still want come out of lockup on the shift gears. What could be the problem, because this is my daughters only vehicle to get to work.

You need to have the shift interlock system checked -could be the shift lock solenoid not operating or the computer for the interlock system.
