2 WK AGO CAR WOULD NOT START. MECHANIC CHANGED FUEL FILTER, 2 DAYS LATER PROBLEM AGAIN
CHANGED FUEL FILTER AGAIN ADDED 2 CANS HEET AND ADDED LUCAS GAS TREATMENT. 1 WEEK LATER PROBLEM AGAIN. CHANGED FUEL FILTER ONCE MORE AND AGAIN ADDED LUCAS GAS TREATMENT TO A FULL TANK OF HIGH OCTANE $3.90 PER GALLON GAS. LATER SAME DAY CAR WILL NOT START. AFTER 3 TRIES AND ALMOST FLOODING ENGINE CAR STARTS. AFTER ABOUT 5 MINTUES SEE WATER DROPLETS COMING FROM TAIL PIPE. AT THIS POINT SHOULD I HAVE FUEL TANK TAKEN OFF AND EMPTIED? WHEN FUEL FILTER WAS TAKEN OFF THERE WAS PLENTY OF PRESSURE IN THE FUEL LINES

I think you should check the fuel pressure and comeback with pressure readings we go from here.
