my nissan pathfinder rocks side to side on freeway it feals like its going to tip over

i have seen this before. it is caused by the bushings on the rear end radius arms. these are the arms that keep the rear end from moving forward and back. if you look closely at the bushings you will see they are probably worn out.

i assume the tire pressures are correct.
