1992 Nissan Pathfinder squealing

I have a 1992 Pathfinder with 155000 miles It has started to make a squealing sound from the front right side of the engine. I am having problems locating were it is coming from, I suspect that it is coming from the alternator but I can not be sure is there anyway to tell if the alternator is the problem?

Usually when there is a squealling sound it is just a belt. The only suggestion I have is to replace the belt if the squealling.
