I changed the daytime running light module ,and now the cruise control indicator light flashes,and the cruise does not work

Hi there, thank you for the donation,
The flashing light will be a fault code indication, i feel the best first step is a scan to check for any unresolved fault codes, let me know what you find, in the mean time i will check out the cruise circuit and note any possible problems.

I have a CanOBD2 car reader,but it doesen't do me any good because my vehicle is a 1995.
Can you tell me how to "test" the circuits otherwise?
