After check, found:
-- no spark, Ignition coil and connector burn
-- 2 cylinder no pressure (leaking)

why this two problems happened at the same time?
is it the time chain (or belt) sliding or broken?

The problem is your distributer which is a high faliure optical reader distributer. It is available at most parts houses. I expect the low cylinders are caused by trying to start it so much and it dried out the oil. Let me know

Suggested Repair

Replace the optical-reader distributor, a common failure available at most parts stores. Low cylinder pressure is likely from oil drying after repeated start attempts rather than a confirmed timing failure.

Conversation Summary

A 1992 Nissan Stanza will not start, with no spark, a burned ignition coil and connector, and two cylinders showing no compression. The owner asked whether the timing chain or belt had slipped or broken. The expert attributed the no-spark problem to a failed optical distributor and expected the low readings to result from repeated cranking drying the oil film.
