2010 Other Nissan Models All Wheel Drive Automatic 7000 miles

I just took my car in for its second oil change. Now whenever I start my car, the tachometer jumps up and down between 1 and 2 and it seems as if I am revving the engine. The car is still in park and I have not touched anything. When I put it in reverse, the tachometer calms down and is fine.
Any ideas?

If engine is running fine then it is most likely the gauge itself or wiring to it.

Possible motor mount (excessive movement) since it goes away in reverse, but that would be highly unusual in a new car.

Have dealer repair, it is important to get this documented by Nissan. If it comes up again after warranty, you will have proof that problem was not repaired when car was under warranty.
